Getting to the Event

Geelong is approximately one hour’s drive from Melbourne, as you travel southwest along the Princes Highway (M1).

With significant roadworks on the Westgate Bridge this summer, it's advised to detour the Westgate, and allow some extra time to make it to Geelong. Coming from Melbourne's SE, take the Bolte Bridge across to Footscray Road, then rejoin the Westgate Freeway at Yarraville.

Eastern Gardens is to the eastern end of Geelong's foreshore, and Ritchie Boulevarde is near the ocean pool at Geelong.
